The data you give us when you contact us by phone, WhatsApp, email or through the forms on this website: your name, phone number, email address and information about your move or service request.

To answer your enquiry or quote request, to manage and provide the service you hire, and to maintain our business relationship with you.

4. Legal basis

The legal basis is your consent when you send us the form or contact us, and the performance of the contract when you hire a service (Regulation (EU) 2016/679, GDPR, and Spanish Organic Law 3/2018, LOPDGDD). If you do not provide the data we need, we cannot handle your request.

We do not share your data with third parties except where required by law. We may use service providers who access data on our behalf (web hosting, email and management tools), under the corresponding data processing agreements. If you contact us through WhatsApp, the messages are also processed by WhatsApp under its own terms.
